WIll the trip itineraries be available before departure?
One of the amazing features of doing a ministry trip with Caleb Company is that we always connect with local believers and ministry partners in the Land. Due to the nature of working with local contacts in another culture, itineraries often must remain tentative and we therefore cannot not provide a guaranteed itinerary to trip participants. For questions about itineraries, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Is it safe to travel to Israel?
Yes! Caleb Company always ensures the highest level of safety by corresponding with our Israeli Middle East Coordinator on a daily basis while in the Land, as well as before departing from the United States. Our coordinator provides us with daily updates on any changing political and/or religious climates that may affect the trip’s itinerary. Caleb Company has taken teams to Israel for over 10+ years, and our staff are well equipped and resourced to lead participants securely.
Is this trip family friendly?
Yes! We have had whole families go on our Israel Ministry Trips, ages ranging from 9 years old to mid-60’s thus far. However, our trip itinerary does lend itself to long days as we hope to pack in as much as we can in a short period of time.
Can I purchase my own flight and pay the "in the land" costs only?
Yes! Many participants in the past have used frequent flyer miles to purchase their flights and are only then charged the “in the Land” portion of the costs which can vary from year to year depending on the team’s itinerary and overall dates of the trip. Participants purchasing their own flights are required to arrive before or with the team and depart with or after the team, as we are not able to accommodate one individual’s schedule preferences at the expense of the entire team. All flights must be coordinated through Caleb Company’s travel agent to ensure the team’s ability to arrive and depart together.
