RAISING UP A GENERATION OF LEADERS LIKE CALEB AND JOSHUA WHO WILL LIVE WITH WHOLEHEARTED DEVOTION TO JESUS WHILE EMBRACING GOD’S HEART FOR ISRAEL AND IT’S RELATIONSHIP TO WORLD REVIVAL.
The heart of Caleb Training is to raise up a generation of leaders like Caleb and Joshua who will live with wholehearted devotion to Jesus, embrace God’s heart for Israel and it’s relationship to world revival, and are released to passionately pursue their calling and destiny guided by a clear vision rooted in Biblical identity.
We combine powerful teachings from world-class speakers and leaders, with life-changing experiences that facilitate overall transformation. Through small groups, local and international ministry opportunities, and through team building activities such as low/high ropes, students form deep and lasting bonds with one another, with staff, and with new friends. Through discipleship and leadership coaching, students develop vision statements for their lives, catapulting them into their destinies after graduation. And through our time in the Land, students’ eyes will be opened to the incredible love and faithfulness God extends to Israel and all nations.
Each Caleb Training School is broken into two, 4-week phases: the Nashville phase and the Israel phase. The Nashville phase is designed to equip students with Godʼs heart and purpose for Israel and the nations through teachings and activities, while imparting our values of intimacy with God, worship and intercession, intergenerational community and unity, and outreach through submersion into the Caleb team and community. The Israel phase further imparts Godʼs heart and purpose for Israel and the nations into the lives of the students as they experience the people and the Land of Israel, develop relationships with Jewish and Arab believers, receive on-site teaching at Biblical locations, and engage in service and outreach to both the poor and the lost.
